Thank you for purchasing this TX™ timepiece. TX Watch Company, Inc. has put all its
expertise and care into the design and development of your watch and we trust that
it will give you long and reliable service. This booklet provides all the necessary infor-
mation needed for watch repair and service.
Your TX timepiece is warranted against manufacturing defects by TX Watch
Company, Inc. for a period of two years from the original purchase date. This inter-
national warranty will be honored by TX and its worldwide affiliates.
Please note that TX Watch Company, Inc. may, at its discretion, replace rather than
repair your watch with an identical or similar model. IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR
WATCH IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
1)
after the warranty period expires;
2)
if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized TX retailer;
3)
from repair and services not performed by TX;
4)
from accidents, tampering or abuse;
5)
lens or crystal, strap, band or bracelet, watch case, attachments or battery.
TX may charge you for replacing any of these parts.
THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
