Product is Not Exiting the T4 
Tumbler

Possible Causes:

 

• 

The T4 is not inclined enough.

 • The 

suc  on is too high.

Solution:

 

1.

 

Ensure the Trim Saver and T4 are unplugged  

 

 

and all motors have come to a complete stop.

 

2.

 Increase 

the 

T4’s 

 lt.

 

3.

 

If increasing the machine’s   lt does not solve the problem, purchase a Vacuum Bypass to   

  reduce 

suc  on (see 

Bypass

 on page 29).

Suction from the Vacuum Seems Weak

Possible Causes:

 

• 

The vacuum outlet is placed too close to a wall.

 • The 

fi

 lter bags are dirty.

 

• 

The Vacuum Bypass is allowing too much air

fl

 ow.

 

• 

The hose is blocked.

 

• 

The gasket connec  ons have leaks.

 

• 

There is buildup on the impeller.

TURN OFF ALL MOTORS, THEN 

UNPLUG THE TRIM SAVER AND 

T4 BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY 

TROUBLESHOOTING.
