Take out your Wonder Core Twist
The Wonder Core Twist is fully assembled.
Unfold your Wonder Core Twist
Follow the left drawing. First, lift up the sponge arm.
Slide the knob to the back to affix the arm. Repeat
the steps on the other side. If you cannot slide
the knob to the back properly, please loosen the
knob and try again.
Adjust the resistance
You may adjust the resistance by adjusting the knob.
Turn clockwise to increase the resistance.
Turn counter-clockwise to decrease.
Note: Resistance indicator
shows several levels of
resistance setting. If you
feel that the resistance
between two sides is not
even, please check and
adjust two sides into the
same resistance level.
