FAQ
1. I can’t install the container on the motor base.
This device is equipped with an EK1 safety
system. The container cannot be installed on
the motor base if the cover and cap are not
properly attached to the container. You must
hear a click.
2. What if the unit does not turn on?
Check that the container is correctly attached
to the motor base. You must hear a click.
3. The unit switches off automatically.
It is possible that the container is too full.
In this case, the unit switches off automa-
tically. Empty it, then refill it to the maxi-
mum level indicated on the container. Wait
about 15 minutes before using it again.
If all this does not work, please return the unit to
the nearest authorized service center for examina-
tion, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
WARRANTY
Before being shipped, all of our products are
subject to rigorous inspection.
This appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from
the date of purchase, for the original buyer.
The warranty cannot be transferred to a third
party. The proof of warranty is the order number.
You can register online at www.twinzee.fr for your
warranty. Repairs or replacements are made at
the seller’s discretion.
If repairs are not possible, the seller will replace
the product/piece. If repairs are unsuccessful,
the seller may refund the price of the appliance
or piece.
Product defects covered by the warranty assume
normal usage of the product. The manufacturer
cannot be held responsible for damage caused
by improper use or negligence, failure to follow
specifications or instructions provided in this
manual, or repairs by an unauthorised third party.
Services performed as part of the warranty do not
entail any extension of the duration of the warranty
and do not confer a new warranty!
