Marine Transmission Service Manual #1020667

5.

Install the detent ball, spring and O-ring plug.  Torque the plug to 37 Nm
(27 ft-lb).

6.

Install the valve lever, aligning the marks made at disassembly.  Torque
the screw to 15 Nm (11 ft-lb).

7.

Install the pressure regulator piston and springs into the valve body.
