Switching between TV and Radio channels
The Digital TV recorder stores all the Digital TV channels together and all the Digital Radio
channels together. Press the
[INPUT]
button then use the
[ / ]
buttons to highlight
Radio/DTT
and finally press
[OK]
to switch between Digital TV and Digital Radio channels.
When you are listening to a radio channel, the screen saver will automatically start if you do not
press any button for a few minutes. To remove the screen saver, press any button on the remote
control.
Input switching to HDMI 1-2 or Photo
While watching digital TV programmes you can use the
[INPUT]
button to switch the input source.
To display the image outputting from the external equipment connected to each socket
•
(HDMI 1-2, Photo), select the corresponding mode.
* The menu will display Radio if you are in TV mode or DTT if you are in Radio mode.
To

Access the Input Selection menu...
[INPUT]
button.
Switch to the required input...
[ / ]
then the
[OK]
buttons to select the
required input. The current mode is highlighted.
Cancel or return to the previous input...
[INPUT]
or
[BACK]
button.

HDMI pass through is only available when the unit is powered out of Standby mode and using HDMI output from this

Using standby
When you’re not watching TV, you should set the Digital TV recorder to standby. Press the
[ ]
button to switch between On (Green Power LED on the front panel) and Standby (Red power LED
on the front panel). It is safe to put the Digital TV recorder into standby mode when you have set
programmes to record. The Digital TV recorder will automatically wake up from standby mode to
make the recording. If you plan to leave the Digital TV recorder unattended for a long period and
have not set any programmes to record, put the Digital TV recorder into standby and wait for 20
seconds before switching it off at the mains.
