Troubleshooting
If you are unable to connect your headset and the PMP, please try the following:

Ensure your headset is turned off and is properly charged.
♦
Ensure the headset is paired with your mobile handset.
♦
Ensure the Bluetooth feature in activated on your PMP. You can see a Bluetooth icon when it is activated.
♦
Ensure the headset is within a maximum of 10 meters of the PMP and there are no obstructions, such as
walls or other electronic devices in between.
If the above steps do not solve your problem, please recharge the headset and PMP and remove the PMP
battery for a while.
