What must you return with the Product to get warranty service?

1. Return at your own cost, the entire original package and contents including the Product to the Company's service location (which will be 

provided to you via email) along with a description of the malfunction or difficulty; and

2. Include a product lot number

3. Provide your name, complete and correct email address, complete shipping address and telephone number.

Other limitations

This warranty is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Company. It supersedes all other written or oral communica-

tions related to this Product. The Company provides no other warranties for this Product. The warranty exclusively describes all of the 

Company’s responsibilities regarding the Product. There are no other express warranties.

No one is authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty and you should not rely on any such modification.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or similar damages (including, but not limited to 

lost profits or revenue, inability to use the Product or other associated equipment, the cost of substitute equipment, and claims by third 

parties) resulting from the use of this Product.

Under no circumstances shall TUT Fitness Group Ltd. or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents, be held 

responsible for any damages suffered, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, medical expenses, temporary or 

permanent injuries suffered as a result of the use of the product, if said use did not conform to the below-described safety standards and/or 

if said damages were due to the negligence of the user and/or the result of any repair, adjustments or modifications to the product(s) that 

were not authorized, in writing, by TUT. 

User assumes the risk of injury and all liability resulting from the use of the TUT Products.

1. Consult your physician or medical doctor before using this or any type of exercise program or fitness regimen.

2. Wear appropriate fitness/workout clothing suitable for this type of exercise program when using the TUT Products.

3. DO NOT use on or near a wet or slippery surface. Be sure of your footing before you begin exercising. Make sure that you have sufficient 

room, free of encumbrances, in order to perform all physical maneuvers required for proper use of the product(s).

By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of the TUT products, you understand and agree that, fitness, weight training,, and demon-

stration are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH 

OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE 

NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of TUT including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of TUT. 

Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold TUT harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or any 

other TUT products.

The foregoing warranty and disclaimer is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral or implied (including any 

warranty of merchantability or fitness for the purpose).

This Warranty shall be subject to, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the 

federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the parties hereby irrevocably and unconditionally attorn to the jurisdiction of the Courts of 

British Columbia.
