Installing the Cart Door (optional)
1.
First set the nylon shoulder washer (see dia-
gram below) into the hole in the cart base.
While holding the door insert the bottom
nylon pin into the hole in the base of the cart
Next place a nylon bushing onto the top pin,
then depress the pin and insert into the hole in
the bottom of the grill. (See Fig. 9)
Ignitor Attachment
1.
Remove the ignitor cap, spring assembly, bat-
tery and lock nut from ignitor. (See Fig. 10)
2.
Attach ignitor to either shelf through the pre-
punched hole using the following steps.

Push the threaded section of the ignitor into
the U-shaped cut out of the ignitor mounting
bracket. (See Fig. 11)
4.
Insert the threaded section of the ignitor
through the hole in either shelf and secure to
shelf using the lock nut. Tighten Securely.

5.
Re-insert the battery, positive side first, and
spring assembly and attach the ignitor cap.
