Allow Calls from Door Panel (s)
Door panels can be configured so visitors can only call certain residents from certain door
panels. The system can also be set that when a visitor attempts to call a resident the call is
diverted to the house manager.
Select the resident form the residents list, checking each box enables calls from the particular
door to be routed directly to the resident’s IP Room Unit. A list of the door panels on the
scheme is available on the home page.
If you wish to intercept door calls for a resident then uncheck the ‘DP Calls : to Resident ‘
check box. This will then cause the system to send all door calls that were destined for the
resident to the relevant call group.
