Check the geometrical compatibility of your seat post and pay care it does not show sharp
edges. If your seat post does not clamp the two rails properly change your seat post to a more
compatible one or contact us.

Besides pure geometrical dimensions the compatible seat post does not show any sharp edges on the
contact surfaces with the rails (see Fig 2), all edges must be rounded with fillets. Once again if you have
any doubt contact us.
