The screw of the seat clamping has to be tightened with a maximum of 5 N
m, in most cases 3 Nm is
enough for a secure grip. Please also take a note on the maximum torque of the mounted saddle.
Between saddle shell and screw end there has to be 10 mm free space. If necessary the titanium screws
have to be shortened. But the
screws should protrude above the talons by at least one turn of the
thread
. If required we offer 5 mm longer screws.
Do not tighten the screws to the maximum values immediately. Start at the lowest specified values and
check if the connectin is tight enough. If necessary increase the tightening torque, but do not exceed the
specified maximum. Low clamping force relieves the post and increases its long life cycle.
Due to safety reasons do not make any changes to the seatpost.
This involves shortening of the
seatpost.
Failure to follow these installation instructions leads to warranty and guarantee expiration and is an
unpredictable risk to you and other persons involved. If you do not feel secure with the assembly of your
seatpost, please contact us or contact your dealer with confidence when presenting this manual!
Warranty:
We grant a two year warranty from the date of purchase on all our components. Warranty claims can only be
made if a copy of an original dealer invoice is presented.
The warranty includes material and production defects, but not damages caused by:

normal wear

improper use
•
disregarding the service instructions/user manual
•
unprofessional repair and maintenance work
Warranty claims have to be sent in to the local

distributor and are subject to the assessment of
Tune
.
Based on this warranty, the company

is not liable for compensation, especially not for indirect damage
caused by accidents, collateral damage and consequential damage. We cannot guarantee a consistency of
colours. Coloured components can fade when exposed to sunlight.
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us! Therefore, we usually handle problems with our
products with goodwill, even if the case is not covered by our warranty. We are known for our quick handling
of warranty issues.
Please send us only clean parts and include a brief cover letter with a description of the problem or
defect, your contact information and a copy of the invoice.
