Shut off the engine and allow the fuel system to cool down. Separate the hoses of the Injecto-Clean unit from the connection
adapters at the quick connectors. Attention! A small amount of cleansing fuel may escape from the connection adapters. Please

capture this fuel with an appropriate means, e.g., paper towels or cloth. Remove connection adapters from delivery and return

lines. Reconnect the vehicle's fuel supply and check for leaks. Reset the fuel adaptation values in the engine control device.

Start engine and allow it to idle for several minutes. Delete any error codes that appear. Check fuel system connections for leaks.
Replace fuel filter (item No. 11 13310-12) in the return line of the Injecto-Clean unit.

If the unit will not be used for longer than two days after the most recent cleaning or if a gasoline-powered vehicle will be cleaned

next, the unit's tank and the connection lines must be completely drained. To do this, place the connection pieces onto the delivery

and return lines of the Injecto-Clean unit and place them in a suitable container (min. 1 liter). Switch on the unit and pump out the
residual liquid until nothing more comes out of the hoses. Switch off the unit, remove the connection pieces from the delivery and

return lines. Disconnect Injecto-Clean unit from the battery (observe proper order). Close up vent and filler coupling with red cap.
