Picture 49. Tramline menu left picture. Red bars indicate which tramline equipment is in use.
Readings can be changed in the tramline menu using buttons
+
and
-
. When the button OK is
pressed, the set change takes place and the change menu disappears. By pressing the button
C
,
the tramlines stay the same, change does not happen and we return from the tramline menu to the
sowing menu.
Meter value in the screen tells the distance between the tramlines. This is the same as the width of
the sprayer used. In Draco 4000 the tramlines can be set by steps of two meters. To do these
asymmetric tramlines both markers must be activated from the monitor (picture 47, icons 10 and 11).
In situations where only other half of the machine makes tramlines the machine cannot otherwise
know which side of the machine should do the tramlines. For example when making tramlines to the
right side of the machine the left side is feeding normally. When turning in the headland and coming
back, right side is making tramlines again. Now tramlines are made so that the seeding seam is in
the middle of the tramlines. Bars in the middle of the screen indicates which side’s tramlines are in
use. For example, in the picture above both sides are making tramlines.
When the button 17, STOP, picture 46 is pressed
,
the button color changes to red. Then the machine
can be raised and lowered in such a way that the tramlines does not change. This function is good
when sowing around the field, for example, when the selected tramline has to stay the same for the
whole lap of the field. In that case the row marker does not change, either. When STOP button is
pressed for the second time, the button's color changes to grey and the function returns to the mode
where tramlines stages (and markers) function normally.
11.5.5 Return button to the start menu
Leave the sowings menu and return to the start menu by pressing the arrow in the bottom left (button
5, picture 47).
11.5.6 Acknowledging alarms
When button 6, picture 47, is pressed the alarm sound is acknowledged and disappears. Alarm takes
place when seed or fertilizer in the container gets lower than the alarm limit, for example. When the
machine raises the alarm, the button's color changes to red.
