INTRODUCTION
The electrical control box to which this manual refers can be used to regulate and manage
automatic distribution units consisting of electromagnetic industrial vibrators that have a
maximum intake that is not greater than that indicated on the rating plate on the box. It has in
fact been conceived for control systems using modules that are also different from one
another and dialogue.
In all the available versions the box in question is
stabilised
inasmuch as the circuit (
EL7_ST,
EL7_PLC, EL7_AC, EL7_AC_PLC
) is not only stable in terms of temperature and reliable but
is also equipped with features that enable it to compensate any line variations (± 20) thus
keeping constant the intensity of vibrations regardless of the fluctuations to which the network
is subjected over the space of twenty-four hours. This feature is unaltered by any type of
power supply.
The
EL7.AC
and
EL7.AC.PLC
are the versions with vibration sensors. The circuits that they
contain (
EL7_AC
or
EL7_AC_PLC
) not only enable line voltage variations to be stabilised but
also stabilise the
weight variations
with which the vibrator is loaded.
The versions
EL7.SE
,
EL7.AC.SE
,
EL7.PLC.SE
and
EL7.AC.PLC.SE
consist of two circuits,
one for actual regulation of the vibrator (
EL7_ST
,
EL7_AC
,
EL7_PLC
and
EL7_AC_PLC
) and
the other for managing time (
SE
).

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Before connecting the control box to the power supply, make sure that the power supply is
compatible with the rating plate values.
The control box must be used only for the purposes for which it has been designed, i.e. for
controlling an electromagnetic vibrator. Any other use is improper and therefore hazardous.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any improper, incorrect or unreasonable use.
In the event of faults and/or malfunctions of the appliance, switch it off and do not tamper with
it. For any repairs, contact only TUMAC , which will use original spare parts. Failure to comply
with these instructions may jeopardise the safety of the appliance.
Any adjustment, measurement or check that is required must be carried out by authorised and
qualified personnel. The manufacturer accepts no liability for harm to persons, animals or
things caused by interventions to the control box
by unauthorised and unqualified personnel.
WARNING
Do not use the appliance near zones subject to vibrations or in damp and/or acid
environments. If the vibrator has a fault, check the wiring, check settings, disconnect the
power supply and check that the fuses have not burnt out. If the fuses have burnt out, replace
them with identical ones (if fuses burn out repeatedly, check vibrator power intake).
