Attach the steering wheel(10) on the spring leg(3) side by 1 set of M12x45mm

HEX bolts and M12.0mm nuts provided.

Step-15

Apply gasket cement between top(29) and bottom(31) of the drum and fix it

using 6 sets of M6x16mm HEX bolts and M6.0mm nuts with washer diameter
6.0mm as shown in below pictures.
