Step 11 Cable Adjustment
Note:
It is imperative that you maintain the cables’ proper adjustment to ensure
a safe and smooth operation.
Cables should be inspected and adjusted periodically to avoid any
slack in the cables which would, consequently, prevent any damage
to the equipment or personal injury.
Hex Nut
Cable Bolt
Lock Nut
Adj Pulley Bracket
Proceed to inspect; align and wrench tighten
ALL
hardware
assemblies specially those left loosely fasten.

Fully Tighten
Weight Stack Cable Adjustment:
Loosen
Hex Nut
and thread
Cable Bolt
in or out to give cable proper tension.
Re-tighten
Hex Nut

CABLE BOLT MUST BE THREADED
A MINIMUM OF 1” WITH HEX NUT
TIGHTENED SECURELY TO ENSURE
PROPER CONNECTION.
Mid Row Cable Adjustment:
Loosen
Lock Nuts
and slide
Adj Pulley
Bracket
in or out to give cable proper
tension. Re-tighten
Lock Nuts
