Chapter 3: Erecting the 2-metre model
3-1: Installing diagonals
Diagonals must only be fitted when the unit has been erected at its maximum height.
Carry out the same operation for the second diagonal.
Unclip the diagonal for extending it
Hook the diagonal on to the catch on
the opposite ladder
Pass the catch through the hole in
the diagonal.
Lower the catch down onto the diagonal
Check that the
catch is correctly
locked in
position
