Flow Control Adjustment
The flow control valve located next to the control panel controls the speed of the bale ram. Setting it
to a lower flow allows for more plastic film wrap layers per bale, while increasing the flow speeds up
the wrap cycle but limits the amount of plastic film wrap layers that can be applied to each bale.

Lower Flow = More Wrap Layers
Higher Flow = Fewer Wrap Layers
Directional Control Valve Functions
NOTE: Standard directional control valve only has one
lever located on side closest to control panel.
• Push roller bed lever
(A)
to lower the rear cam axle
which also lowers the roller bed.
• Pull roller bed lever to raise the rear cam axle which
also raises the roller bed.
• Pull ball valve handle (B) down with roller bed raised to
prevent gradual lowering the roller bed.
• Lift ball valve handle to resume hydrualic flow to rear
axle cylinders.
