7 Troubleshooting

Use the mouse on a different

Select the correct ‘Wheel
Mode’.

Set the ‘Wheel Mode’ to
‘System default [Intelli Mouse]
mode’ (see chapter 6.3.1.2).

The software for your
previous mouse is still
active.

Remove the software for your
previous mouse before
installing the software for this
mouse (see the instruction
manual provided with your
previous mouse).

The software has not
been installed.

Install the mouse software.

The software has not
been configured correctly.

Configure the software
correctly.

The scroll function
does not work.

The application is not
100% compatible with
Windows.

Use an application that is
compatible with Windows.
