Freewave
– Wireless Headset
Trouble shooting
Problem Solution
Bad sound quality
- Charge the headset.
- Move the extension cable away from other wireless devices.
(like Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard)
- If you are using the product around large metal surfaces, place the
cradle further away or remove the metal surface.
- Maximum wireless range is 15m, but walls or big objects may
reduce the range
Sound drop out when changing the
volume
This is normal behaviour. If this is bothering you can use the volume
control of your music player software.
No sound at all
- Make sure you have charged the headset.
- Make the headset your default audio device. See step ‘4’ or ‘8’
- Connect the USB extension cradle to another USB port. (preferred
on the backside of the PC)
Interference with other devices
- Move the extension cable away from other wireless devices.
(like Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard)
My friend on msn/skype does not
hear what I’m saying
Increase the microphone volume and check if wireless headset is set
as default device. Follow steps from ‘4’ or ‘8’
