The audio or video output 
settings on AV source 
(DVD/VCR/etc.) has not 
been adjusted. 

Check if the audio or video 
output settings are proper on 
the AV source component. 

The cables are not

Please check if the A/V 
cable plugs as well as the 
audio plug is connected 
correctly.  

Not getting proper 
video or audio 
signal from your 
DVD-ROM player on 
your PC. 

The settings of the software 
media player, VGA card, 
sound card in your PC is not

Please refer on the manual 
of your software media 
player, VGA card to adjust 
the settings of how to output 
to TV. Transmitter(A) only 
transmits video and audio 
signal from your VGA and 
sound card in your system. 

Cannot play DIVX or 
AVI or MPEG files 
from PC to TV. 

The settings of your VGA 
card in your PC is not 
adjusted. 

Please check the settings of 
your VGA card, e.g. output 
to TV, PAL and etc.. Or try 
to play the file from your PC 
to TV through cable 
connection and make sure it 
works first then connect the 
transmitter(A) onto your PC. 

I cannot use my 
wireless 
mouse/keyboard 
with this product. 

The working frequency of 
these devices are different. 

This wireless video 
transmitter works at 2.4GHz. 
The wireless mouse or 
keyboard works at 27MHz 
range. 

The batteries in remote

Replace the batteries in the

attached at a proper

Try to attach the IR sensor 
at the best location on the IR
