INTRODUCTION
The compressor duty life can be maximized when using it
correctly and giving regular service.
This MANUAL delivers operating instructions and maintenance.
Read it carefully and save it as guide for the compressor correct
operation.
The compressor design is for compressed air production. The
air produced is not meant for breathing or to be in direct contact
with food. The unit should only be used for the function it was
made for. Any other type of use will be considered incorrect and
dangerous. The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage
caused by incorrect, inappropriate or dangerous use.
The unit is not suitable for outdoors
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Important: Before using the unit please read and follow the
following safety instructions
• Only people who previously read the MANUAL and have
knowledge about the standards of a correct and safe
operation should use the compressor.
• Use care when using compressed air. Never aim airflow
towards people or animals. Do not use compressed air to
clean clothes.
• Breathing compressed air is forbidden.
• The compressor shall be set in a fix and stable position. Use
care with horizontal positions.
• The unit is not designed for continuous use. It runs 30%
during 60 minutes.
• Do not exceed the maximum operation pressure. Use the
unit at 41 ºF and 104 ºF room temperature.
• Never operate the unit when parts are missing.
• The unit functional parts could get hot during operation. Let
it cool down after using.
• After each use the tank should be ventilated. Wipe dry any
remaining humidity. Not drying the tank could be dangerous.
• Double check the electric circuit has an adequate protection
and matches the motor power, voltage and frequency. Verify
there are a grounded connection and a differential circuit
breaker device.
• Never open the motor button box. Contact a Truper
Authorized Service Center if necessary.

included in this MANUAL cannot cover all possible conditions
or situations occurring. The user has to understand that all
the safety factors are not included and are not caused by
the product. It is your own responsibility using common
sense and caution when operating this unit.
• Only people reading and understanding the correct use of
the compressor shall use the unit. Incorrect use can be
dangerous.
Dangerous plates
The plates fixed to the compressor are part of the unit. They
were designed for safety purposes and for no reason at all they
can be removed or modified.
SETTING
The compressor shall be set in a way that every fixture designed
to carry it are functional. Use care with horizontal positions.
The motor needs enough cool air. Never cover the ventilation
areas. Set the compressor in a cool and dustless area. Never
set the compressor into a room that is going to be painted. Paint
could clog the air filter and get accumulated into the compressor.
Keep in mind that the On/Off switch, the tank drain, and the oil
deposit cap are easy to reach. Leave an open space of
approximately 11.8” for ventilation and maintenance.
The compressor performance may be considerably
reduced when there is not enough air supply, in high
temperatures or if the air filter is clogged.

CONNECTION TO THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY
The compressor shall be set as close as possible to the main
power supply. Double-check the power supply matches the
voltage indicated in the motor nameplate.
This unit must be grounded.
The power cables are coded with
the following colors:
GREEN AND YELLOW GROUND
BLUE NEUTRAL
BROWN CURRENT
GROUND
CURRENT
