Assembly
• Fix the wheel set passing axis (

) through each wheel (

)
and their respective mounting orifice (
C
) in the chassis.
Secure the axis with the pin (
D
) and the washer (
I
).
Wheels
• Ground the generator correctly specially if the unit is fit with
wheels to prevent possible power discharge due to ground
fault in the generator or in the connected devices.
Correct grounding also helps to dissipate static electricity
usually accumulated in non-grounded devices.
• Connect terminal (
H
) to the ground source ( ).
• Do not connect into the commercial
power source.
• Do not connect the generator into a
second generator.
• To prevent misuse of the power devices
the generator shall be grounded. We are not liable of damage
to the devices or personal injuries due to failure to install this
security measure before operating the generator.
Grounding
• Use a bolt and nut set to fix the brake mechanism (

) to the
rear wheels on each side of the chassis.
• Use the adjusting bolt (
F
) to adjust the height limit (
G
) so it
makes contact with the wheel when the brake is set.
Brakes
• Connect the negative cable (with the black hood) to the
battery negative terminal (
-
). Cut the binding securing the
cable loose end to be able to connect it.
• Connect the positive cable (with the red hood) to the
battery positive terminal (
+
).
• Verify the battery and generator connections are right,
tightened and insulated.
• The included battery id fully loaded.
