Use only spare parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer. In
case the tool does not work, the repair should be carried out by a
Authorized Service Center.

• Turn the polisher upside down.
• Remove the attachment mounted on the disc.
• Using the Allen wrench remove the center screw, remove the worn
hook and loop attachment disc and replace it with a new one.
• Replace the screw to secure the Velcro disc.

• Always unplug the tool before cleaning.
• Never use water or other liquids, only a brush.
• To prevent the motor from overheating, the ventilation slots should be
cleaned regularly.
• Check that all components of the tool are securely fastened.
• The housing should not be cracked or damaged.
• Always check that the cable is not cut or stripped.
• After prolonged use the grease in the tool head should be changed at a
Authorized Service Center.
• It is necessary to replace worn out carbons (burnt, broken or less than 5 mm
long) with new ones.
• When replacing the carbons, always replace both carbons.
• Use a screwdriver to remove the cover of the carbons (
B
).
• Remove the worn carbons from the carbon holder and remove the
accumulated dust with compressed air.
• Insert the new carbons in reverse order. The carbons should fall into the
carbon holders easily.
• After inserting the new carbons, allow the tool to run for 10 minutes without a
workload to give the carbons a better fit.
• Only replacement carbons, designed with the proper
hardness and electrical resistance for each type of motor, should be used. Out
of specification carbons can damage the motor.
• Store the tool neatly in a dry place and protected from water and dust.
