What should I do if this player cannot start up
normally?
Q:
Errors occur or USB cord was unplugged
accidentally during firmware upgrade.

There may be bad sector in your unit*s flash
memory.
(2)
Low battery level. Your unit will be shut off
automatically.
(3)
Press and hold on the “ ” and “ESC / ”
buttons until the back light turns on. Connect the
USB cord to your PC and run the firmware upgrade
program. Perform firmware upgrade procedures.
(Please refer to the Firmware Upgrade section for
details.)

After system starts, flash memory scan will be
performed automatically. If bad sectors are
detected, Disk Format can be performed to fix the
problem. Caution: All files will be deleted from
the unit during disk formatting. The start up
problem will remain if you select not to format
the disk.

Possible Solutions:
Low battery level. The unit will start up normally
after recharging of the battery.
