1. If you haven’t already done so, lubricate the guide rods and seat adjustment tubes with
a teflon spray lubricant. Paramount recommends using TriFlow
TM
brand.
2. Verify that all adjustments can be made into each position and that the adjustment pin
is fully engaged.
3. Place the selector pin into the holder on the cap plate. Perform the exercise slowly.
Verify that the cable moves freely, without any binding. Repeat this procedure for each
exercise on the machine.
4. Verify that the selector pin can be inserted into each weight plate.
Serial Number
The serial number is located on the front of the upright
frame at the bottom as shown.
