Level the TLT-30 and read the number on the caster scale.

Adjust the bubble to the point halfway between zero and the current reading using
the RED knob on the TLT-28. (When making this adjustment, it is important not
to move the bubble with the caster adjustment knob.)
7)
Rotate the wheel ¼ turn to the right, so the clamping knob is at a 9:00 o’clock
position (Fig 15).
