ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. PREPARATION
•
Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item.
•
Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly.
•
Before assembling, please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded
drawing on the opposite page.
STEP 1: STABILISER ASSEMBLY
Attach the Front Stabiliser (2) to the Main Frame (1)
and secure with 2 Carriage Bolts (M10 x 75 mm) (15),
2 Curved Washers (Ø10 x Ø22 mm) (16) and 2 Domed
Nuts (M10) (17).
Attach the Rear Stabiliser (3) to the Main Frame (1)
and secure with 2 Carriage Bolts (M10 x 75 mm) (15),
2 Curved Washers (Ø10 x Ø22 mm) (16) and 2 Domed
Nuts (M10) (17).
STEP 2: HANDLEBAR POST ASSEMBLY
Attach the Middle Console Wire (33), to the Front
Post (4), to the Lower Console Wire (34) that is in
the Main Frame (1).
Insert the Front Post (4) into the Main Frame (1) and
secure using 4 Allen Bolts (M8 x 16 mm) (18) and 4
Curved Washers (Ø8 x Ø20 mm) (19).
