CONSOLE FUNCTIONS
DISTANCE:
Accumulates total workout distance from 0.00 to 99.99 km.
CALORIES:
Accumulates the user’s calorie consumption during exercise. Maximum value
is 999.9 calories.
Note:
This is only a rough guide used for comparison of different exercise sessions, but cannot be used for
medical purposes.
STOP:
When the symbol is shown on the screen, the Trojan Marathon 210
Treadmill has stopped.

SYMBOL:
Displays your current heart rate in beats per minute (40 to 220) during
workout.
QUICK-START OPERATION:
STEP 1:
Attach the Safety key to activate the display (if not already on). The main
window will show initial display settings. Before training, you can enter
settings for the Console to countdown to (See STEP 7).
STEP 2:
Press the START/STOP button to begin belt movement. The Console will
start a 3 second final countdown and a beep will sound out for short time.
Use the Fast / Slow speed keys (on Console) to adjust to the desired speed
at any time during training.
STEP 3:
Press MODE button to see the value of the parameter which includes Speed,
Time, Distance, Calories, and Scan Mode. If you choose the Scan Mode, the
console will display the value of all parameters every 5 seconds, 1 at
a time.
STEP 4:
While training, you can press the START/STOP button to stop your workout
or pull the safety key away from its position to shut down the Console. If
you want to resume your workout, you can press START/STOP button again
and all previous data will resume counting (ensure the safety key is back
in place).
STEP 5:
After training, you can press the MODE button to display the accumulated
data for Speed, Time, Distance and Calories that were recorded during
training.
STEP 6:
In pause or stop mode, if you press the MODE button for 3 seconds this will
erase all accumulated data and revert back to the idle mode.
STEP 7:
Before training, press the MODE button to enter countdown setting for
Time, (range is from 10:00 to 99:00), Distance (range is from 0.1 to 99.9)
or Calories (range is from 0.0 to 999.9). During setting, you could press
FAST/SLOW to adjust the value or press MODE button to enter next step
whether you have preset values or not. When you set single or multi-
parameters, press START/STOP button to execute the setting. (The Console
will only confirm the last parameter to execute). If you want to resume
your workout, press START/STOP button to start the Trojan Marathon 210
Treadmill then all parameters will count up.
