4. ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 01
Attach the Back Up Frame (2) to the Left & Right Upright Frames (3, 4) with 4 Bolts (34), 4 Washers (40), 4 Big •
Curved Washers (43) and 4 Lock Nuts (38) as shown.
STEP 02
Attach the Front Base Frame (7) onto the Main Frame (1) with 2 Bolts (37) and 2 Washers (41). •
Attach the Main Frame (1) to the Back Up Frame with 2 Big Washers (42), 2 Bolts (35), 2 Washers (40) and 2 Lock •
Nuts (38).
Attach the Left and Right Safety Hooks (14, 15) to the Barbell Adjustable Frames (5) with 2 Lock Nuts (39).

Slide the Barbell Adjustable Frames (5) into the Left & Right Upright Frames (3, 4) and secure with the Knob Bolts (19). •
