Logging in when User Accounting has been Enabled
When user accounting has been enabled, you need to enter a User ID and Password to use the machine.

Press [Login User Name].

Enter a User Name, and press [OK].
NOTE:
For details on character entry, refer to
Character Entry Method on page 2 of the Appendix .

Press [Login Password].

Enter the password and press [OK].

After confirming that the correct User ID and
password have been entered, press [Login].

Perform the fax operation.
NOTE:
When the operation is completed, press the
Authentication/Logout key.
