Before seeking for repair or servicing, please firstly check the following.

Is the inner liquid (refrigerant-generation)
flowing inside?
Is the unit positioned at a level place?
It is normal.
Place it in a horizontal floor

Is the voltage of power source normal?
Is the air exhaust fixed correctly or
expanded?
Are you adding air exhaust yourself?
Keep the power source at a rated voltage
Try to keep the air exhaust horizontal. Do
not permit any expansion.
Don’t add any air exhaust yourself. If
added, please remove it
In case of major malfunction as below, pull the plug out immediately and call for servicing.
The fuse and switch often break.
The power cord is overheated or the sleeve of the cord is broken.
Something abnormal.
