This chapter describes how to troubleshoot problems that may arise when using
the TriPollar STOP V device.
If your TriPollar STOP V device is not working, take the following steps
before contacting the service center:
• Ensure that you have removed the device’s protective cover.
• Make sure that the electric cord is securely connected to the device and the
Power supply adapter is firmly connected.
• Press the Power button and verify that the green indicator light illuminates.
• Ensure that you applied the STOP Preparation Gel according to instructions
described in this manual. The TriPollar STOP V device does not work properly
when the preparation gel is not applied.
