Troubleshooting and Maintenance
11.1 - TROUBLESHOOTING
Table 11.1 is a symptom/probable cause/remedy listing that should be followed when the unit is not
operating normally and needs troubleshooting.
Service for the FM-6 is available at the location listed below. Users outside the United States should
contact their local sale representatives for the address of a service facility located in or near their country.

It is a good idea to call ahead to make specific arrangements. Trico can inform you of estimated charges
after a preliminary check of the equipment is made. Also, refer to the limited warranty page at the end of
this manual for additional information.
Please return the FM-6 with AC line in its original shipping container if possible. Please do not return the
manual, waste bottles, or fixer bottles.
CAUTION:
Returning waste or fixer bottle could damage the unit because of liquid residue.
