Before moving the unit, make sure it has cooled down.

ASSEMBLING

Place the main body (1) on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.

Insert the porcelain tray (2) inside the main body (1). Add water in the tray (min 300cc, max 600 cc).

Place heating element (4) above the tray (2) by inserting the handle (6) in the slot placed in the body (1).

Mount the cooking grill (3) by inserting the end into the holes on the supports (5).

Use deeper holes (Level 1, the grill is closed to the heating element) when you want to cook meat or
for a faster cooking.
o
Use shallow holes (Level 2, the grill is raised above the heating element) for fish or slower cooking.
Since safety switch is placed under the handle (6), push all the way down the asset or the unit won’t turn on.
Caution: before you start cooking, fill tray with some water to prevent formation of smoke and odors.
OPERATING THE UNIT
This contact grill is suitable for cooking and heating meat, fish, grilled vegetables and all kind of food
requiring a grill cooking.

Plug the unit to the electrical outlet and set the power button (7) to position "1". The operation light placed
inside the button will light up.

The food can be placed directly on the grill (3) or inserted in the double grill provided. During cooking,
periodically check the condition of the food to prevent burning and turn the grill. Once cooking is finished,
unplug the unit, remove the food and wait for the complete cooling of each part before cleaning.
After cleaning, that must be carried out by following the instructions in the following paragraph, store the unit
away from heat sources and out of the reach of children.
CLEANING

Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow complete cooling of each part
before carrying out any cleaning operations.
Unit can be completely disassembled and the tray is non-stick, making cleaning operations easier and faster.

Do not immerse the appliance in water or leave it under the stream of tap water.

Porcelain tray (2), cooking grill (3) and double grill can be washed by hand as normal dishes, with a
non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. They are not dishwasher-safe.

Do not spill water on the heating element to prevent serious damage.
