PULIZIA DEL SERBATOIO
ATTENZIONE: vuotare il serbatoio dell’olio solamente quando l’olio e l’unità stessa si sono
completamente raffreddati

Svuotare l’olio di frittura in un contenitore o in una bottiglia (in tal caso usare un imbuto); per versare
l’olio occorre inclinare tutto l’apparecchio e fare in modo che l’olio venga versato facendolo passare da
un angolo del contenitore. Smaltire l’olio secondo le direttive locali. Pulire accuratamente l’interno del
serbatoio con carta assorbente per asciugare l’olio in eccesso.

Per completare la pulizia del contenitore, lavare con una spugna imbevuta di acqua calda e sapone per
piatti. Asciugare bene prima di assemblare nuovamente.
