AC POWER OPERATION
Connect receptacle end of the mains lead to the AC socket
(9). Connect the plug to an AC outlet.
The connection of the mains lead to the AC socket (9)
cause the disconnecting of batteries supply.
BATTERY POWER OPERATION
Install 3 x “C” batteries into the battery campartment
(8) on the backside of the device, carefully as indicated
in the battery compartment.
Remove the batteries when don't use the device for a
long time.
OPERATION
1. Switch the Radio band selector on the desired band.
FM = frequency modulation
AM = media wave
2. Tune in a desired station by tuning the Radio Tuning
control (3) knob.
3. Adjust the Volume knob (5) for your desired listening
level.
4. To switch off slide the radio band selector (6) to OFF.
CONTROL AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
RECEPTION NOTE
For FM reception pull out the Rod antenna (1) adjust the
direction, lenght and angle to give the best reception.
The AM band antenna is internal so to improve the
reception orient the device.
PHONE JACK
For private listening connect a headphones (not included)
with a 3,5 mm plug with an impedance from 4 to 32 ohm
to the Phone jack (4). The builtin speaker will automatically
disconnected.
CAUTION : Avoid excessive volume levels and listening
to sound for a long period of time when using
headphones, as this
may damage your
hearing.
MAINTENANCE
This device is a high precision electronic instrument;
so it's recommended to not place the radio set near
sources of heat, in humid or dusty places, nor expose it
directly to the sunlight.
Clean the radio with a damp cloth. Using detergents,
abrasives or solvents may damage the radio set.
