WARRANTY TERMS

   TREVENT manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on fan heaters.

  

The warranty provisions come into force from the moment of purchase of the 

equipment (date of issuing of the document confirming the purchase of equipment), but 

not later than 24 months from the date of issue from the manufacturer's warehouse.

   Defects detected during the warranty period will be removed for free within 14 business 

days. The equipment is serviced by the installation company in accordance with the 

conditions contained in the warranty card. During the warranty period, spare parts are 

supplied by the TREVENT manufacturer.

   The warranty does not cover a reduction in the quality of equipment caused by normal 

wear and tear and in the following cases:

  a) mechanical damage to equipment and its defects caused by improper storage or 

transportation;

   b) damage and defects caused by the following:

   - improper or non-compliant service;

   - using or keeping the equipment in improper conditions (higher humidity, very high or 

low temperature, and so on);

  - independent (performed by the user or an unauthorized person) repair, change of 

equipment design;

   - connection of additional equipment that is not recommended by the manufacturer;

   - wrong mains voltage;

    с)  pieces  of  equipment  prone  to  wear,  including  change  in  color  of  the  body  and 

materials.

   Any changes to the provisions of the Warranty Terms, traces of changes or attempts to 

change the design of equipment outside the service of the TREVENT manufacturer, as 

well as careless use, exposure to moisture, corrosion, oxidation detected during service, 

will void the warranty.

  The service is provided if the following is sent to the manufacturer's address: signed 

warranty card, confirmation of the purchase of equipment (photocopy of the invoice), 

and a correctly filled in complaint report.

   Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions will void the warranty.

 TREVENT manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the technical 

documentation without notice.
