WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Under  warranty,  the  manufacturer  will  repair  or  replace  free  of  charge  only  the  parts  that  have 
manufacturing defects; therefore, the buyer cannot make use of the warranty to cancel the contract, to 
ask for compensation for damages and the complete replacement of the product.

After the warranty expires, any support and repairs will be charged; the Authorised Service Centre called 

by the customer will apply the rates in force, approved by the manufacturer.

The following are not covered by the warranty:
-light bulbs;
-protection fuses;
-masonry works which may be necessary to remove the defective parts;
-parts that may be faulty due to negligent use, incorrect installation or maintenance, transport, and in 

general  causes  that  cannot  be  directly  attributed  to  manufacturing  defects  of  the  product.  The 
manufacturer cannot be held in any way liable for any damage to people, animals or property due to non-
compliance with the instructions given in this manual and in the service manual.

Any intervention performed in the absence of an obvious reasonable defect of the product, as well as the 

installation, all expenses will be charged to the customer.

_ IMPORTANT NOTICE

The warranty will be effective only if:

- the purchaser is in possession of the document proving the actual date of purchase;
- installation, use and maintenance comply with the current regulations, the instructions given in the 

installation and maintenance manual of the product, and also with the instructions of the manufacturer.

_WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

With this document, the manufacturer guarantees the product purchased for a period of:

-  2  years  for  the  tub  parts  made  of  fiberglass. The  warranty  does  not  cover  the  taps,  electrical  and 
hydraulic equipment that guarantee operation of the product even if sold with it.

-2 years for the remaining parts sold with the product.

The warranty enters into force from the date of purchase; said date shall be certified by the receipt or 
invoice, or any other document proving the purchase of the goods.
