Put the appliance back into its storage position only once it has completely cooled.
What You Should Observe Before Use:

We recommend that you sweep the floor with a broom or clean it with a vacuum cleaner before
using the appliance.
•
Water residue in the filter or reservoir are due to this appliance having been tested.
•
During the initial startup of the appliance or when you have not used it for a longer period of time, it
may take some time for steam to be generated after activation since the lines of the appliance are
not yet filled with water. Steam will not emerge until the appliance has reached operating
temperature and the corresponding parts of the appliance have filled with water.

To unwind the cable, turn the cable holder by 180°. Always insert the plug into a suitable mains plug
(220 - 240 V AC; 50 Hz). The control lamp on the front of the appliance lights up as soon as the
operating voltage is present. When the appliance has reached the operating temperature, steam
emerges. This process lasts about 30 seconds.
Filling the Water Reservoir
2. Remove the water reservoir from the top of the appliance.
3. Unscrew the water reservoir to open it.
4. Fill the water reservoir with 500 ml distilled water using the
funnel. Then screw the water reservoir closed again.
5. Place the water reservoir into the appliance again.
Using Scent Additives
