Channel Select Push Button - TRM40
This switch enables you to choose which channel your instrument’s signal is sent to. This
switch is overidden by the Channel Select Footswitch if enabled (by inserting a footswitch in
the jack located on the rear of the unit).
Channel 2 Controls - TRM40
The Gain control regulates the preamp level to allow more or less distortion. Turn up for more
distortion, down for less. The Volume control affects the overall loudness. Tip: you can set an
individual channel to have more (or less) distortion enabling you to select rhythm or lead for solos.
Equalization
High:
Cut or boost your guitar’s high frequency information as desired.
Mid:
Active midrange equalization, with cut and boost.
Low:
Control your desired amount of bass response.
Presence Control - TRM40, TBM10 and TBM25
By using this control, you can add a bit of
edge
to your sound.
Reverb Control - TRM40
Adjusts the amount of reverberation. When in the counter-clockwise position the signal will be
dry
(
without any reverb
). As you turn the control clockwise, the amount of reverberation increases.
Chorus Control - TRM40
This adjusts the amount of Chorus. When in the counter-clockwise position the signal will be
dry
(
without any chorus
). As you turn the control clockwise, the amount of chorus increases. A stereo
“rotating sound” effect can describe the chorus effect. The effect can be adjusted by the Depth
control and the speed (Rate). The preset effect can be switched on or off by utilizing the switch.
Line Out Jack - TRM40 (stereo), TBM10 and TBM25
The
Line
Out
jack provides a preamp signal to drive the input of a P.A. or recording mixer.
Phone Jack
The phone jack serves as a
stereo
headphone output jack that mutes the speaker.
Low Boost - TBM25
The Low Boost Switch adds more sonic low-frequency presence required for Bass Players.
Reverb Footswitch Jack - TRM40
The
Footswitch
jack turns the
internal
Reverb
On
or
Off. You can purchase a footswitch at
most music stores. (
Yorkville’s
IFS-1A
is recommended.)
Channel Footswitch Jack - TRM40
This
Footswitch
jack switches your input from Channel 1 to Channel 2. You can purchase a
footswitch at most music stores. (
Yorkville’s
IFS-1A
is recommended.)
Speaker Output Jacks - TRM40
The Speaker Output jacks accept an 8-ohm or 16-ohm speaker load only. The corresponding
internal speaker will be automatically disabled when the external speaker cable’s plug is
inserted into the jack.
