Follow the directions below to replace the orifice.   

 

 

1/2" Wrench

Use a 9/16" wrench to secure the 

manifold while removing each 

orifice with a 1/2" wrench.

Screw each LP orifice until orifice 

protrudes 15/16" (23.8mm)

indicating full insertion  (use 

wrench to secure manifold when 

re-attaching orifice).

Look here for the orifice identification

Apply thread sealant to the LP orifices 

prior to installation.  Use the chart below to 

identify the correct orifices.
