Terms and Conditions 

OUR WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: 

WARRANTY 
Your new TravelScoot is covered by our 2-year warranty, starting from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover 
normal wear-and-tear or use by persons weighing more than 340 lbs. 

LIMITED WARRANTY 
This limited warranty is the only warranty for your TravelScoot. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. 
The only uses for this product are described in this manual. The limited warranty extends only to the original owner 
and is not transferable to anyone else. This limited warranty covers all parts of the TravelScoot and is effective only if:  

 

The product is completely and correctly assembled. 

 

The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose. 

 

The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. 

The TravelScoot electric mobility scooter is designed for general transportation and recreational use only. This limited 
warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal maintenance items, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by 
improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage or use of the TravelScoot. This limited warranty is void if the 
product is ever: 

 

Used in any manner contrary to the instructions in this Owner’s Manual.

 

 

Modified in any way. 

 

Ridden by more than one person at a time. 

 

The unit is used for commercial purposes (rental, public use etc.) 

 

Operated with a battery not supplied or recommended by TravelScoot. 

The manufacturer of the TravelScoot is not liable for incidental or consequential loss nor damage, due directly or 
indirectly, from the use of this product. The TravelScoot is warranted for two years from the date of delivery. The 
manufacturer will replace, without charge to you, any component found to be defective within the warranty period.  

 
RETURNS 

1.

 

Contact TravelScoot Canada to obtain an RMA number 
To return a product, you can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting 
TravelScoot Canada. Just call us toll free at: 877-339-7505. All returns must be made within 14 days after the 

RMA number is issued. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs will be 
deducted from the purchase amount.

Use the shipping label provided by TravelScoot Canada and save a copy 
You will receive an email confirming the RMA number. This email will include a prepaid return shipping label. 
Use the shipping label you have received and follow the shipping instructions set out in the email to ship the 

product back to TravelScoot Canada. 

We are unable to process returned products sent using an alternate 

carrier or shipping label. Retain a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number for your 

records.

Return the product within 14 days of the RMA issue 
TravelScoot Canada must receive the returned item within 14 calendar days after an RMA number has been
