Procedural Stretcher Thigh Panel Will Not Raise/Lower

1. The crank handle (B) is attached to the knee screw assembly (A)

(see figure 2-11 on page 2-48).

Attach the crank handle (refer to procedure 4.19). If this solves
the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-32. Otherwise,
continue to step 2.
