Trouble Shooting
If a fault develops with your SuperReel sprayer, the following trouble shooting tables provides guidance
to identify and rectify the problem.
SuperReel Sprayer Pump
Problem
Possible Cause

Pump will not prime
Insufficient motor speed
Increase motor speed
Air leak on suction line
Tighten or replace fittings
Pressure drops under load
and pump is noisy
Insufficient motor speed to prevent clutch
slippage
