Recommended Maintenance

Monthly

Check Remote condensing unit clean and clear of 
obstructions.

Semi-Annual

1. Check refrigerant charge (bubbles in sight-glass)
2. Check suction and discharge pressure
3. Ensure refrigerant lines are secured
4. Tighten electrical connections
5. Ensure motor mount is secured
6. Clean unit as necessary

Annual

7. Inspect refrigerant system for leaks and corrosion
8. Conduct a complete check of all services listed above 

and clean unit’s interior.
