If there is an opening in the ceiling, it should be reinforced to keep it flat and prevent vibration.
• If the support structure of the ceiling is not strong enough, a beam made of angle iron can be
used to mount the unit to for added support.
• If the indoor unit is not installed in an air conditioned area, please insulate around the unit
to prevent condensation. The thickness of the insulation depends on the actual installation
environment.
