Installing Foam Gasket on Extended Wall Sleeve (As Required for Standard Vertical
Louvered Grilles)
1. Measure and cut to length, two (2) strips of adhesive backed foam gasket to apply to the
supports of the extended wall sleeve.
2. Remove the plastic coating from the adhesive side of the foam gasket strips and apply one
strip on each support as shown below.

Weatherproofing
Use caulk or equivalent materials to weatherproof any gaps between the exterior and interior
walls and the case.

the building to prevent air or water intrusion.
