10.11. CORRECT FLAME

The grill burners are factory set for the correct mixture of air and gas.
The color of the flame can be observed through the side hole in the body of the gas

grill. The correct flame color is shown in figure 46.

If flames are not evenly distributed along the burner or display incorrect

coloring, follow the burner maintenance instructions.

10.12. REPLACING INTERNAL BURNERS

After a period of use, the internal burners in your grill will need to be replaced.
The acquisition of new replacement burners should be done through one of the

technical support teams.
(More information is available in the warranty section.)

To replace the burner, follow the instructions below:
1) Make sure that the control knobs are set to “OFF”. If they’re not, press the knobs

and turn them clockwise until the indicator on the knob is aligned with the “OFF”

position. Close the tank valve.
2) Disconnect the tank from the grill as described in the “gas connection

instructions”.
3) Make sure that the grill is cold.
4) Open the lid.
5) Remove the grate and the griddle from grill.
6) Remove the protection covers from the desired burners.
7) Remove the 4 cotter pins that secure the 4 burners as shown in figure 47.
8) Detach the burners from the internal burner hinges and remove them carefully

(figure 48).

9) Place the new burner in the original position of the removed burner. Make sure

that the gas injector is inside the burner gas inlet and that it is centered. Then,

replace the 4 cotter pins that secure the burners.

IMPORTANT: The burner must be installed with the gas outlet holes facing upwards

as shown in figure 49.

 CAUTION

• The ignitor electrodes must never be subjected to impact when the grill is being

handled as this might damage the system.

 DANGER

• Failure to comply with these instructions might result in an explosion or a fire,

causing damage to property, personal injury, or even death.

10.13. STORING THE GAS GRILL

When the grill is not in use, all gas supply must be disconnected according to the
